Peptide dosage & reconstitution calculator

Enter a vial's fill mass, a solvent volume and a research quantity, and this page computes the concentration, the drawn volume and the corresponding U-100 syringe marks. It is arithmetic on the figures you enter — this site suggests no quantity, no schedule and no route, for any material.

Research use only — not for human or veterinary use.

This calculator performs arithmetic on figures a researcher enters. It holds no per-compound value other than the catalogue fill mass, it suggests no quantity, schedule or route for any material, and its output is not preparation or use guidance. All materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only and are not for human or veterinary use.

Vial
Reconstitution
Draw

The quantity of material per draw that your own research protocol specifies. This site does not suggest one.

Syringe capacity (U-100)

A U-100 syringe marks 100 units per millilitre. The selection changes only how the drawn volume is expressed.

Computed values

Enter a fill mass, a solvent volume and a research quantity to compute.

How the arithmetic works

Concentration
C = m ÷ V mg/mL
Drawn volume
v = q ÷ C mL
U-100 marks
units = v × 100
Draws per vial
n = ⌊m ÷ q⌋

where m is the vial fill mass in mg, V the solvent volume in mL and q the research quantity in mg. Worked example: a 5 mg fill in 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL; a 250 mcg quantity is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 syringe.
